The rules for using dkglow.com and purchasing our products.

Welcome to DKGlow. By accessing or using the website www.dkglow.com (“Site”), placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

  • These Terms govern your use of the Site, your purchase of products, and the relationship between you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) and Penta Technology Services LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as DKGlow (“DKGlow,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
  • By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Products, Descriptions & Availability

  • We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including images, colors, size, packaging, ingredients, etc. However, due to different monitor settings, lighting, etc., we cannot guarantee that your display will be 100% accurate.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders placed through the Site are offers by you to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the methods offered at checkout.
  • All prices listed include relevant taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping or handling fees are not always included and will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Key points from that policy:
    • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
    • We accept returns of new and slightly used products in their original packaging and resalable condition. No reason is required.
    • Return shipping is free on all eligible returns. DKGlow will provide a prepaid label or reimburse documented return shipping costs.
    • Defective or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.
    • For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges (what you paid at checkout) are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

5. Privacy & Data Use

  • Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using our Site and placing orders, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.
  • You also consent to our use of cookies and tracking tools as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (including images, text, graphics, logos, product names, artwork) is owned by DKGlow or licensed to us. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or use any of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • While we strive to provide high quality products, DKGlow provides products and services “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any cause will be limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any contract you enter with us are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, USA.
  • Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, Site use, or product purchase shall be resolved via the competent courts in New Jersey.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
  • If we make significant changes, we will try to notify you (e.g. by a banner, email, or notice on the homepage). Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
