Shipping Policy

Free over $75. 3–7 days to your door.

Overview

DKGlow ships from Wayne, New Jersey to addresses across the United States. We aim to get orders into your hands quickly with clear, predictable timing and rates calculated up front before payment.

Rates

  • Free Standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (subtotal before tax).
  • Standard and Express shipping options are calculated by destination and package weight at checkout. You see the exact cost — and the carrier's estimated transit time — before paying.

Handling Time

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. We do not pack on weekends or US federal holidays; an order placed on Friday afternoon typically ships the following Monday or Tuesday.

Transit Time

Transit time varies by destination. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is typically 3–5 business days within the contiguous US, longer to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Express shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express is typically 1–2 business days nationwide. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Where We Ship

  • All 50 US states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses are accepted at domestic rates.
  • We do not currently ship to international destinations outside the United States.
  • PO boxes are not accepted — please provide a physical street address.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at contact@dkglow.com within 30 days of the original ship date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email contact@dkglow.com within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the exchange process.

Order Changes

Once an order has been packed and labelled it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to change an address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@dkglow.com.
