Refund and Returns Policy

30 days on new and slightly used items.

Overview

At DKGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

What You Can Return

We accept returns of both new and slightly used products, including items that have been opened or lightly tried. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Be in its original packaging with any seals, inserts, and components included.
  • Be in resalable condition — not heavily used, damaged by the customer, or contaminated.

You do not need to provide a reason. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day window on the same terms.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email contact@dkglow.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and ship the item back at no cost to you. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged in transit, email contact@dkglow.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage and your order number. We will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping, at your choice. You do not need to pay return shipping in this case.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only for defective or damaged items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@dkglow.com for assistance.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free on all eligible returns within the 30-day window. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse documented return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges (what you paid at checkout) are non-refundable.
  • For defective or damaged items, both return shipping and original shipping charges are covered by DKGlow.
