  • We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including images, colors, size, packaging, ingredients, etc. However, due to different monitor settings, lighting, etc., we cannot guarantee that your display will be 100% accurate.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders placed through the Site are offers by you to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the methods offered at checkout.

  • All prices listed include relevant taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping or handling fees are not always included and will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Key points from that policy:

    • You have 30 days from receipt of purchase to request returns if the item is unused, in original condition, with original packaging.

    • Defective or damaged items can be exchanged.

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt & inspection.

    • Shipping costs for returns are typically your responsibility unless the item is defective.

Overview

At DKGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

 Returns

  • Eligible Items: All beauty products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may exchange it for the same product.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at contact@dkglow.com, and send the defective or damaged item to:

 Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
